Frank, “Mr Rotten” did some work for me here on the mainland a few years ago. This testimonial was totally unsolicited, by the way. Frank did a great job of rehabbing my old (1987) wooden house here in The Keys at a fantastic price. He showed up when he said he would, did what he promised and when he promised and the work was very professional! I recommend you use “Mr Rotten” for any job you may have that involves replacing and/or repairing any part of your home or business. Plus, he’s a great guy!
